Pattern sales
The shopping cart on this website is Ravelry's and you can read their privacy policy here. You may also choose to pay for your pattern via the Etsy link next to each pattern. You can read Etsy's privacy policy here. I receive an email and a copy of each download email that automatically gets sent out by Ravelry after purchase. The purpose of these emails is to provide me with proof of delivery. Ravelry stores your email address, which may be linked to your Ravelry account if you are a member, and I have access to this sales information. I regularly delete my copies of these download emails from my web-based email. Etsy stores your email address, which may be linked to your Etsy account if you are a member, and I have access to this sales information. My patterns are also available from Loveknitting. I don't store or receive card details and addresses from these platforms.
Payments and transactions
All Ravelry payments are processed through PayPal and you can read their privacy policy here.
Online Purchases, Refunds, and Cancellation
Due to the nature of Digital downloads, all purchases through my site are final. Refunds are not automatically granted.

Selling your finished items
Please do not sell the knitted items you’ve made using patterns from Julia Adams Patterns.

Class use and/or translations of said digital content are allowed only with the express written permission of Julia Adams Patterns. When you email me directly I may store these emails in my email provider's inbox, so that I have a record of our discussion in case you contact me again or in case I need to use this discussion to modify a pattern, or the content of this website.
