The 4 steps in the Kitchener Stitch process:
- Step 1: front needle - 1st stitch left to right, drop the stitch
- Step 2: front needle - 2nd stitch right to left, leave the stitch on
- Step 3: back needle - 1st stitch right to left, drop the stitch
- Step 4: back needle - 2nd stitch left to right, leave the stitch on.
